How It Works

Employee Clocks In on Phone

Employee arrives at worksite, opens the Ingrid mobile app, authenticates with Face ID or PIN, and taps to clock in. GPS location is recorded to verify they're at the correct location. The system captures clock-in time down to the second.

Clock Out for Breaks & Lunch

During the shift, employees can clock out for lunch or breaks, then clock back in when they return. Ask Ingrid to track all clock in/out events and calculate total hours worked minus break time automatically.

Approval & Verification

Managers see time entries in the dashboard. They can review GPS locations, verify hours, and approve or reject entries. If something looks unusual (wrong location, excessive hours), the system flags it for review.

Sync to Spire

Once approved, time entries are automatically synced to Spire payroll. No manual data entry. The system handles rounding rules, overtime calculations, and department allocations based on your configuration.
