When a company has review turned on, an entry sent for approval can be pulled back by its preparer or sent back by the approver.

  1. Send for approvalThe preparer sends a journal entry for approval.
  2. WithdrawThe preparer can withdraw it, which puts it back to draft.
  3. Send backThe approver can send it back to its preparer instead of posting it.
  4. Or postOtherwise the approver posts it.
